  1. I love the graphics on these... I always come across lovely sets of playing cards at estate sales, it seems like a part of American culture that we've lost although Poker has definitely remained popular.

  4. I love this collection! I use to love to play card, and this set is so rich and ornate.

    My grandmother, aunts (all passed away now) and I use to play pinochle.

  7. one of my my mother's annual stocking traditions is to give playing cards. we've got clear ones and round ones and tiny ones, but none like these. we'll have to scout the antique stores. lovely.
