did you know the second stamp in the first row is form the time of Geman hyperinflation between teh two world wars? The 400 marks is stamped over with 250 tausend (250,000) marks. The prices were rising so rapidly people could not keep up. I have some stamps "worth" millions of marks.
I just wanted to say how much I am enjoying your project here. At first, I thought that there would be NO WAY to have 365 collections, but having followed along thus far, I've realized that I might be able to cobble together 365 small collections myself. Ack!
I have absolutely loved your daily collections, especially the fun, vintage pieces. Thanks for sharing!

ReplyDeleteI agree with Michelle, these would look marvelous in a frame. I should pull out my old stamp collection and see if I have any I could do that with.
