Im always stirred by beauty in plastic form - and that as painters we work in what is referred to as the "plastic arts". Somehow preciousness seems better preserved in plastic because there is no upstaging by a fine or valuable material. Perhaps plastic is the truest reproduction of humble treasures.
I just wanted to pop in and say how much I love this blog! Last year I took on the challenge of taking a photo everyday and I love looking back through them as I am sure you will too! Very cool collections so far!
